Getting started with your new online account is as easy as . . .

Recently we launched our brand new online account management tool, giving you easy access to your account details, data usage and more! Now you can update your plan when it suits you. To get started for the first time, just follow these quick and easy steps:

  1. Setup your password

All you need to do is CLICK HERE (or copy & paste the following address into your browser: portal.clublinks.net.au/portal/reset).

Enter your email address and hit the ‘reset password’ button. Make sure you enter the email address that is linked to your account.

  1. Check your inbox

You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your junk email just in case.

Once you’ve found our lovely email, just click the link and away we go!

  1. Choose your new password

Now you can choose your new password!

It’s best to use a variety of letters, numbers, capitals and special characters such as $, @ and %. To see some more hints on selecting a safe password, check out our recent password security article.

  1. You’re all done!

After setting our new password you will be automatically signed into your account.

You can access your account at any time by using the ‘My Account’ button on our website – telecommunications.clublinks.com.au
